1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ke222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers for an account, accesses, or uses any service provided through ke222.io.

By completing the ke222 registration process, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their current form. 2. Eligibility

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active ke222 account. Duplicate accounts, whether intentional or accidental, will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, voluntary cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion order at the time of registration or ongoing use.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the ke222 platform, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

ke222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where: (a) the player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) ke222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; (c) verification documents provided are found to be fraudulent or insufficient; or (d) continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In the event of closure due to breach, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money funds may be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ke222 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ke222 does not apply currency conversion to player balances. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your ke222 account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider.
• ke222 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction fees) are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the ke222 platform and may not be transferred to another player's account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• ke222 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and the outcome of routine security checks.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed at any time, including weekends and Bangladesh public holidays.
• ke222 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their chosen payment provider upon receipt of funds.
• ke222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by the Platform's risk monitoring systems. Processing of such requests may take longer than the standard timeframe.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of a balance that has satisfied all wagering conditions is eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ke222 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all ke222 promotional activity:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any portion of the bonus balance, or winnings derived from the bonus balance, may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Betting

Each game is governed by the rules specified within the game itself and by the rules published by the supplying provider. In the event of any discrepancy between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall apply to the specific game in question.

6.2 Malfunction and Errors

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting on ke222 is subject to the following additional conditions:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the odds prevailing at the time of the event outcome.
• ke222 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where the bet was placed after the event start time as a result of a delay in updating the Platform's odds feed.
• In-play bets are settled on the basis of the official result published by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). ke222 does not accept responsibility for inaccuracies in live data feeds that are beyond ke222's direct control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ke222 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent time.
• Attempting to register or operate more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, or using a third party's identity.
